How do I manage testimonials on my profile?
Review what comes back, then choose what appears on your profile.
Go to your profile and scroll down to the Testimonials section.
Open the testimonial to read the feedback provided.
Click the pen icon to publish it on your profile or keep it hidden.

Testimonials arrive hidden, so you always read the feedback before anyone else sees it. Nothing appears on your profile until you publish it.
VitalFew will email you when feedback comes in. Use the pen icon to change visibility and the bin icon to delete. The provider's words and rating stay exactly as they wrote them.
While you are waiting for a reply, you can delete the request. The provider will be told it is no longer available. They are not told if you hide or delete a testimonial they have already given.
