Your account type controls the features you can access.

As a Candidate, you find roles that match your skills and build a profile employers can find. You can create a resume tailored to each job you apply for, so you are not rewriting your application each time you apply.

As an Agent, you manage recruitment across multiple listings in one place, source candidates, and place talent for your clients.

As an Organisation, you post roles and hire directly.

Agents and Organisations can also use VitalFew Assistance to build a job advert without starting from a blank page, and Resume Screening to compare applicants against that advert so you can shortlist faster.

Choose carefully, as this cannot be changed after you sign up.
