Your account type controls the features you can access. As a Candidate, you build a profile and apply for roles. As an Agent, you manage recruitment across multiple advertisements and place talent for your clients. As an Organisation, you post roles and hire directly.
Choose carefully. Your account type cannot be changed after you sign up, and each email address can only be used for one account.
Passwords are 8 to 15 characters with no spaces, and must include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and one of @$!%*?&#.
If the verification email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
As a Candidate, you can use VitalFew Assistance to create a resume tailored to a specific job, built from the authentic information on your profile, with three free tailored resumes each month. As an Agent or Organisation, you can use VitalFew Assistance to build a job advertisement, and Resume Screening, a paid feature, scores how well each applicant fits that advertisement.
