Extra information
A tailored resume is created for a specific job. It uses your Candidate profile details and the advert requirements to highlight the most relevant skills, experience, education, licences and certifications, activities, endorsements, and references. Every application gets its own version, so the details that matter most for the job appear first.
You do not need an existing resume. If your profile is complete, VitalFew Assistance can build one from your saved details before you apply.
You can create three tailored resumes a month at no cost, and the allowance resets each month. Once you have used them, you can pay to create more. Tailored resumes are always optional, and you can apply with your profile resume or an uploaded one instead. For current prices, see Pricing.
VitalFew Assistance also includes job matching, which shows how closely your profile aligns with the role. To understand this before creating a tailored version, go to What is job matching?.
To create one during the application flow, go to How do I create a tailored resume for a job? To see every way you can apply, see How do I apply for a job?
