A single advert can attract hundreds of resumes. Reading every one takes hours, and by the fiftieth it is hard to judge anyone fairly. Strong candidates get missed simply because of where they rest in the pile.
Resume Screening does that first pass for you. Each resume is compared against your advert and given a match percentage, along with the candidate's strengths, weaknesses, concerns, and a short overview. You get a consistent read on every applicant, whether there are five or five hundred applicants.
Resume Screening is available to Agents and Organisations, for resumes received through their own job adverts. It is available on the website and will come to the mobile app later.
Screening costs 400 LKR per resume. You pay for the resumes you select, so credits cannot be purchased in advance. Anything you do not use stays on your balance and does not expire. It is optional, and you can always open and review resumes yourself at no cost. For current prices, see Pricing.
