VitalFew Assistant compares each resume against your advert, using details such as the job title and the skills the role requires.

Each result gives a match percentage, the candidate's strengths, weaknesses and concerns, a short overview, and a fit label.

Screening is fast. Up to 300 resumes can be screened in around three minutes.

Once screened, a resume moves to the Screened tab and cannot be screened again, so you are never charged twice for the same resume.
