How do I provide a testimonial?
Share your experience when an Agent or Organisation asks for your feedback.
Open the email letting you know that an Agent or Organisation has requested a testimonial.
Select the link in the email to open the Share your experience page.
Read what they have said, add your feedback, then submit the form.
Extra information
You do not need a VitalFew account. The link in your email takes you straight there.
You can reply in writing or with a video. The testimonial form requires:
- Your name, organisation, professional title, and email address
- A star rating
- An image or organisation logo, up to 5MB
- For written, a short description of your experience
- For video, a recording up to 50MB and a thumbnail image up to 5MB
Before you submit, you confirm your testimonial is accurate and agree to it being published. If it is published, your name, job title, and organisation appear alongside your words, and it may be visible publicly, including in search results.
Your testimonial stays as you wrote it. If you would like it removed at any point, contact support and we will take care of it.

Yes. Choose Video testimonial on the form. You will need a recording of up to 50MB and a thumbnail image.
