If your payment fails, check your payment details and try again.
VitalFew will show an on-screen confirmation if the payment does not go through. You will also receive an email about the failed payment.
Review your card number, expiry date, security code, billing details, and available funds.
Return to the payment screen and try again, or use another supported payment method if available.

Some banks hold the amount temporarily before releasing it, usually within a few days. If it has not cleared after that, contact support with the payment date and amount.
